Our Whistleblowing Policy provides a safe and confidential channel for employees, partners, and external stakeholders to report any unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation.
We encourage a culture of openness and accountability where anyone, regardless of position or relationship with Starsight Energy can speak up about concerns such as fraud, bribery, corruption, harassment, safety violations, abuse of office, conflicts of interest, or any other unethical behaviour.
All reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially, investigated promptly, and handled with fairness and sensitivity. We strictly prohibit retaliation or victimisation against any whistleblower who raises a genuine concern.
