We contribute significantly to capacity building and nurturing young talent through our Graduate Trainee Programmes.

We collaborate with educational institutions through our 6-month work experience / ITF SIWES programmes to train young undergraduates in the technical and soft skills required to succeed in the renewable energy sector.

Our annual graduate internship programmes provide recent graduates valuable work experience, preparing them for career opportunities within the renewable energy industry.

Over the past three years, our partnership with Prince’s Trust International (PTI) has empowered numerous young people, with a focus on providing women with months of work experience needed to break through and thrive in the renewable energy sector.
Through initiatives like the Get-Into Programme organised by Prince’s Trust International, we have successfully trained three diverse batches of interns (83% of the class being women) and retained 60% of them.
