The customer wanted to reduce its carbon footprint with a more reliable alternative power source.
SOLUTION
New power and cooling systems installed
Starsight procured and installed power and cooling systems for several gas stations with zero upfront costs. We also reduced energy consumption at the customer’s sites by replacing lights with LED energy efficient lights.
While solar generates most of the power and runs during the daytime, a small generator runs in tandem at a lower capacity to provide the required power balance. Diesel consumption is reduced up to 50%.
Our remote monitoring system measures the production and consumption of the system’s power sources and sets a routine maintenance schedule.
